Customer Service Representative Stabilit America Inc 285 Industrial Drive, Moscow, TN 38057 Job Overview Stabilit America, one of the nation’s leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of Fiberglass reinforced panels and Polycarbonate material, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative for our office located in Moscow, TN. This position will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. Primary responsibilities would include quoting prices for potential customers, order entry, updating customers on order status and additional office work as assigned. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone presence and a willingness to assist customers with order issues. Accuracy and timeliness of tasks are essential. Prefer someone with knowledge of Excel, well organized and willing to be a part of a successful administrative team. Prefer a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an office environment. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery. Assist in data entry tasks as required to ensure accurate client information is maintained. . Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Skills Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and analyze their needs. Experience in customer support or client services is an advantage. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
