In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle transactions, assist with product inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide effective upselling and product demos. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Assist in supervising store operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills. Experience in supervising or leading teams is beneficial but not required.
