Position:
Full-Time and Part No experience needed, training provided Salary $33000 to $45000 Paid Vacation after 6 months
Paid Holidays Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Greet and assist pilots, passengers, and crew with a positive and professional attitude Handle phone calls, reservations, and service requests (fueling, hangar, ground transportation, etc.) Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Coordinate aircraft movements with line personnel Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and facilities
Line Service Duties:
Fuel aircraft safely (Jet A Fuel and Aviation Fuel) and monitor fuel inventory Tow, park, and marshal aircraft in accordance with company procedures Perform pre- and post-arrival ramp checks Ensure a safe, clean, and organized ramp and fueling area
Requirements:
Strong work ethics High School Diploma Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Valid driver’s license Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Previous aviation/FBO experience a plus, but not required
