We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Client Services Coordinator who is friendly, organized, and passionate about helping others. Position Overview The Client Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, positive experience. You’ll provide administrative and customer support, help manage appointments, and contribute to our team’s overall success. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and answer phones in a professional and friendly manner Conduct client weigh-ins and answer questions about the program Learn and explain the program structure and rules with confidence Maintain appointment flow and send reminders via text messaging software Perform light administrative duties and support the Clinic Manager Track inventory and prepare consultation materials Assist with basic housekeeping to maintain a clean office Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent client care Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills
Tech-savvy:
