The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing English and Spanish speaking client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering strong client relationships in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions Provide top-notch customer service to clients Manage client accounts efficiently and effectively Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track client interactions and account details Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and growth Assist in marketing efforts to promote products or services
Experience:
