License Renewal and CE Responsibilities Customer Interaction:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.

Policy Management:

Assist in the processing of commercial lines insurance policy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Account Servicing:

Collaborate with account managers to provide exceptional service to our clients, anticipating their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Client Retention:

Work actively to maintain and grow client relationships through excellent customer service.

Data Entry:

Accurately input and update customer information in the database, maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Support Team Activities:

Collaborate with colleagues to support various team projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements Licensing:

Must be licensed as an Agent in Property and Casualty Insurance. Life and Accident licensing is a plus.

Educational Background:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in customer service is preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in customer service or insurance-related roles.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
