Job Description:
All company representatives must have excellent customer service skills to work with clientele over the phone. Customer Care Representatives will be taking in-bound customer calls. CSR will be taking calls in regard to stoves, heaters and furnaces. CSR will be trained to troubleshoot issues with customer over the phone.
Job Requirements:
Positions require at least 2 years experience within customer service. A solid, verifiable work history is a must. All candidates must have experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel and the flexibility to work any hours between 8 AM and 11PM. Some Saturdays and Sundays may be required.
