- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets “`Requirements“`
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field is preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
