Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role involves handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment, requiring exceptional multitasking skills and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service. The position is ideal for individuals with a background in customer support and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage a high volume of calls from a queue system with professionalism and accuracy.
• Navigate multiple systems and operate across several screens to retrieve and input customer information.
• Schedule appointments and provide detailed explanations to customers about services and processes.
• Handle email correspondence to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information.
• Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and document interactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while managing challenging situations.
• Adhere to call center protocols and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure scenarios and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in navigating computer systems and using multiple screens.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interactions.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach and provide empathetic customer support.
• Knowledge of healthcare or related industries is a plus.
