Key Responsibilities:
Process business office package and workers’ compensation renewals Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding coverage and policies Quote new and renewal business with accuracy and efficiency Understand and learn company insurance products thoroughly Answer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor Access and manage client accounts and policy schedules Recommend products tailored to client needs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the insurance industry and an active Property and Casualty license are beneficial, but not required Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Self-starter with a friendly, professional attitude Solid knowledge of insurance products and concepts Competence with basic computer and database software Familiarity with telephone systems and call forwarding functions
