Sage experience preferred. High School Diploma Required 1-2 years related work experience is preferred. Must have the ability to demonstrate proper phone etiquette. Professional administrative writing skills are required. Basic knowledge of mathematics. Financial Software knowledge such as PayPal and Sage are required. Must demonstrate a willingness to respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. Must be a self-starter and demonstrate initiative. Demonstrate attention to detail, time management skills and multi-tasking. Excellent organizational, team development and communication skills. Must be able to deescalate and resolve conflicts with customers, in an effective manner. Must be computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Bilingual preferred Duties and Responsibilities Answer telephone and transfer to appropriate employee for resolution if necessary. Learn and maintain current product knowledge. Maintain and organize sales orders, as directed by management. Opens customer accounts by gathering and recording accurate account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Must be open to constructive feedback and have a desire to grow and develop with the organization. Ability to organize, review, analyze and file paperwork which includes but is not limited to, sales orders, emails, and quotes. Ability to accurately read and comprehend words and numbers without transposing or confusing numbers. Ability to schedule, plan, prioritize and set goals in connection with job duties. Prepares accurate and precise invoice for submission to customer. Promote clean, tidy, and safe desk areas. Assist coworkers, when able to promote teamwork.
