Dryve Restoration is seeking a Project Coordinator & Client Care Specialist to serve as the central hub of communication between clients, trades, and our internal team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience. What You’ll Do Answer all incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity Create and manage new projects in our CRM (job management system) Schedule and coordinate trade partners and service calls Maintain timely and thorough communication with clients, project managers, superintendents, and vendors Update all parties proactively with clear next steps and follow-ups Anticipate problems and take action before issues escalate Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and proper project closure Who You Are A strong communicator
