Job Description
McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Service Supervisor/Writer. The Service Writer/Supervisor position is responsible for the effective management of work orders and supports the Service Manager in all efforts to drive service revenues, service profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
Open and close work orders Frequent interaction with customers, customer satisfaction, upsell services, stay current on JD PIPS Monitor pick-up and delivery, all work in process, ensure timely closings. Communicate effectively across departments. Maintain regular on-site attendance.
