Are you motivated by bringing solutions to everyday IT problems and bringing a smile to end-user’s face? Our Technical Support Representative position may be the perfect job for you. Local Chattanooga applicants only. Technical Support Representatives are responsible for being the first point of contact in addressing customer-facing service calls. TSRs interface with customers to assess support need, resolve their tier-1 related issues in a timely manner, gather additional information, and escalate issues as necessary. TSRs will engage with customers, team leads, NOC, CSR, or TSM if necessary, when escalating or partnering with other tiers of support. TSRs are responsible for staying current with latest directives procedures and policies issued by TSM. TSRs may also handle preventive maintenance tasks, patch management, documentation, and may be assigned subtasks from Network Operations projects. TSR tier-1 support requests include, but are not limited to : End-user software support (Office, e-mail, browsers, customer-specific apps, etc.) Standard software installation (TSR to engage in NOC for non-standard or advanced installations) Anti-malware/anti-virus PC hardware troubleshooting basic network troubleshooting

Requirements:

1 year of troubleshooting PC systems Clear communication and writing skills
