What You’ll Do:
Greet guests with a smile and a spirit of Omotenashi—anticipating their needs before they ask Serve as the liaison between our customers and technicians Communicate clearly and consistently with guests regarding vehicle needs, repair timelines, and service updates Follow up with guest’s post-service to ensure complete satisfaction Help guide our customers through the service process with empathy, honesty, and professionalism Drive sales of recommended services with integrity and transparency
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential A hospitality-minded approach—treat every customer like a guest in your own home Ability to work well in a team environment and stay organized under pressure Proficiency with dealership DMS systems (Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus) • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
