Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Assist in automotive sales by promoting additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service history. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; experience in automotive sales is a plus. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices, including knowledge of brake repair, shocks struts, and diesel engine repair. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers. Proficiency in using service management software or similar tools is preferred. A background as a service technician can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
