Service Writer/Customer Service Representative T & C Diesel Truck & Trailer, Inc. Dandridge, TN 37725 T&C Diesel Truck and Trailer Repair is growing, and we’re looking to add a Service Writer / Customer Service Representative to our team! This full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) is perfect for someone who not only enjoys working with people but also has hands-on experience or strong knowledge in diesel mechanics. Understanding the language and workflow of truck and trailer repair is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating effectively with customers and technicians Scheduling and managing daily workflow Ordering and tracking parts Maintaining service records (customer and in-house) Light clerical tasks and general shop coordination You’ll serve as the key link between our customers and service team, so the ability to speak both “mechanical” and “customer service” is a must.
