Knoxville, TN Description RemX is seeking an experience Call Center Customer Service Agent. You will be responsible for processing payments for Insurance Carriers on behalf of Banks for escrow payments on mortgages. You will make payments in various ways, via software, Carrier website, automated phone system, or through phone conversations with Carrier Customer Service Reps.
