Knoxville, TN Description RemX is seeking Customer Service Reps for our client. You must have great computer navigation skills, customer service, grammar/communication skills and aptitude to learn complex concepts. You will be amongst a dedicated team that serves as an essential business office partner for colleges and universities nationwide. You will continuously support higher education institutions by answering question for enrollees, parents, and guardians.

Hiring Process:
Pass Background and Drug Screen Duties Accurately input and process data at an efficient pace within required systems
Manage inbound and outbound calls to support the financial offices of higher education institutions
Provide assistance across departments as needed, adhering to company standards
Handle independent tasks such as processing return mail, conducting manual calls, tracking skip data, and updating reference details within set timelines
Strive to meet departmental benchmarks and performance goals
Exhibit an advanced understanding of financial aid procedures, covering all stages of loan management from initial application to final repayment
Offer constructive feedback to enhance departmental operations
Meet company-defined metrics for call statistics, quality assurance, and adherence to schedules
Participate in assigned projects to support organizational initiatives
Maintain flexibility in scheduling, ensuring availability for various shifts
Uphold the confidentiality and security of workstation and work area, ensuring data protection
