If you love working for a great company, excellent co-workers and taking care of customers then look no further! Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet visitors in a professional and cheerful manner.
• Answering a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling appointments for our estimators
• Make outbound calls and schedule appointments for the estimators.
• Maintain sales calendar.
• Schedule installations for crews
• Receive deposits and process sales contracts.
• Process invoices and payments
• Communicate with the customer throughout the project.
• Keep accurate details and data entered and updated in the CRM.
• Maintain Tennessee 811 tickets.
• Other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• High School education or GED equivalent necessary
• 2 years of customer service experience / Appointment setting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good work ethic, integrity, and great attitude
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
• Able to work in multiple tabs with multiple customer screens.

Job Type:

$16.00 – $17.00 per hour
