BDC Representative/Receptionist:
Answer inbound customer calls about vehicle availability, pricing, and service appointments Schedule sales and service appointments to connect customers with our dealership team Create excitement about our vehicles and provide top-tier customer service Manage CRM system to track customer interactions and follow-ups Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner Handle administrative and receptionist duties , including directing calls, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming front desk experience Qualifications•
BDC Representative/Receptionist:
Customer service, BDC, receptionist, or call center experience preferred Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling high call volume Energetic, outgoing, and motivated to provide excellent customer service Basic computer skills and ability to navigate customer management systems High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Good customer service, communication, and computer skills Please upload your resume.
