As a Customer Service Insurance Representative at Foundever, yourprimary role will be to handle inbound calls regarding customers’insurance policies. You’ll assist callers with inquiries aboutcoverage, policy endorsements, certificates, binders, billing, orpolicy modifications. Expect to manage a high volume of billingcalls, especially around military paydays on the 1st and 15th ofeach month. While awaiting your state license, new hires will focussolely on billing inquiries.
