Receptionists are the first and last contact a client has with our hospital and are they key to creating a lasting impression. Applicant must be friendly and outgoing, well-spoken, have a professional appearance, have the ability to deal with stressful situations, ability to multi-task, and be efficient using a computer. 1 year in the Veterinary field is preferred. Our office is open from 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday and 9:00 – 12:00 Saturday. Saturdays will be required. Job Duties include (but are not limited to): Greeting clients in a timely manner and be compassionate and attentive to both client and patient. Answering multi-line phone system Taking clinical history Answering client questions about foods, medications, products, and procedures. Processing payments Review and discuss medical records, estimates or discharge instructions with clients Cleaning and maintenance of front office
