Full Job Description SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to assist with our day-to-day administrative and customer relations functions, while delivering the best customer service possible to each customer. This role will be the first point of contact with customers, both face-to-face and via phone. They will take customer orders, address any customer concerns or questions, and work with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience, while also assisting with routine shop maintenance.

JOB DUTIES

Be the first point of contact for our customers daily, including email and phone communications Provide customers with information about our products and services Take customer orders face-to-face and via phone, starting with the details of an order to processing one’s payment Maintain company website offerings, including seasonal product updates and price changes Maintain and process payments for customer accounts Produce and distribute monthly invoicing, and identify any past due accounts Assist the team with shop maintenance, including watering plants, refreshing store front and window displays, and rotating seasonal products Work with the team to process daily flower inventory and assist with flower deliveries as needed Assist with pricing inventory as product arrives Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma required Valid driver’s license required 1-3 years’ related experience preferred Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and time management skills Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to work some weekends and holidays Ability to lift and carry minimum of 35 pounds Ability to stand for 50% – 75% of one’s shift Ability to climb and descend steps at least 15 times a day
