Interface with a CRM-based software UI to update payment status Make payments via web portal Make payments via automated payment processing phone system Keep track of workload and production each day Communicate with clients and provide updates to payment accounts Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and processing.
