Using our proprietary software, you’ll generate payments and them through a variety of channels—carrier websites, automated systems, or even direct conversations with carrier representatives. salary:

$16.5 – $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Key 

Responsibilities:

Interface with a CRM-based software UI to update payment status.
Escalate issues to team leads as soon as they are realized.
Make payments via web portal.
Make payments via automated payment processing phone system.
Make payments via conversation with Customer Service Reps at Carriers.
Keep track of workload and progress each day.
Researching payment methods.
Internal Loss drafts procedure
Internal Resolutions procedure. Other tasks as assigned by lead or manager. Skills
Call Center (1 year of experience is preferred)
Basic Software Skills (1 year of experience is required)
Basic Computer Skills (1 year of experience is required)
Typing Skills (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications
