Customer Service Representative
Knoxville, TN Description Customer Service Representative Start Date:

Schedule:
multiple shifts available between 8:00 am – 11:00 pm At least one-year Inbound Customer Service in a call center.
Must work with empathy and professionalism
Must present experience handling B2B calls
Experience speaking with businesses to help navigate and troubleshoot issues
Speaking directly with businesses (vendors) who need assistance with payments, missing payments, payment changes, assistance logging into portals etc.
Occasional tech support calls will come in which will be escalated to IT. Training
Will train for 4-6 weeks M-F 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Must be fully engaged throughout and pay close attention.
