You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert knowledge about our products, all while contributing to process improvements and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences. Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding orders, status, complaints, returns and warranties. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including issue resolutions, product feedback, and service improvements. Develop a deep understanding of MLILY’s products, services, and policies to provide expert support. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. Recommend improvements to the company and department processes for efficiency. Assist in creating work orders for service technicians. Process part shipments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Robust experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and experience working with customer databases. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing customer concerns. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to contribute beyond assigned tasks. A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers and improving processes. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
