What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound customer requests dealing with billing, account maintenance & basic tech support (45% chat / 30% calls / 25% email) Manage tickets submitted through our CRM ticketing system Provide coaching for newly onboarded customers Create support documents for customer facing knowledge center Escalate tickets to development and other teams Properly manage customer expectations keeping them updated as progress evolves
What You’ll Need:
1-2 years customer service experience preferably (but not limited to) auto industry Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Aptitude for technical troubleshooting Utilizes critical thinking skills to seek solutions for non-scripted problems that customers encounter Engages all communication styles & adapts to customer needs Master of diffusing tense situations providing favorable solutions to all parties Hardworking but with a sense of humor and ability to have fun!
