M-F 8am to 6pm | No time off during training (Overtime)
Location:
Knoxville, TN Job Duties:
High-level of knowledge of the financial aid process and all loan phases, from pre-loan thru pay-off, including the ability to answer loan status questions.
Type data into required systems with both speed and accuracy.
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls on behalf of school client’s offices Requirements Knowledge of the financial aid process and all loan phases
