Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and lease agreements Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone Deliver and set up products at customers’ homes using company vehicles Maintain accurate sales and customer records Ensure timely follow-ups and build strong customer relationships Handle payments, invoices, and financial transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization in the showroom Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
