QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Answer inbound calls Answer all caller questions, using available tools and training Set service appointments Responds to email leads and in person appointment requests Outbound calling to confirm service appointments Outbound calling to schedule a new recall or service campaign Check on parts inventory for job being schedule whether it is a recall or service campaign Call guests and set up appointments once a special ordered part arrives.
