Job duties include, but are not limited to: Evaluate builder and customer concerns to correct issues Get missing material to jobsite that day or next morning Utilize approved lumber/metal companies to get material when necessary Utilize all assets available (shipping, qc, coordination driver/personal) to get material out asap. Deliver materials when needed. Assess and bill (CS’s) customers, builders, sales rep, or department for missed/damaged material. Assure that builders with missed material or needing onsite support are called within 30 minutes and updated regularly for unresolved issues Customer complaints and quality issues can escalate when lack of communication or unresolved quickly. Any issues unresolved that day needs to be brought to your manager’s attention Track habitual problems to create data we can use for change Assist in reimbursements for builders that pick up material.
