ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails from customers regarding HVAC inquiries and issues Schedule inbound appointments for customers with our technicians Process customer payments and maintain accurate records Maintain and update customer database with relevant information Outbound Calling and scheduling leads for our sales and service team members Perform any other duty that may be directed by management.
