Job Description:

• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Provide information, support, and solutions to customers
• Document call details accurately
• Enter orders and transactions into company systems
• Assist with customer inquiries and complaints
• Route calls to appropriate departments as needed
• Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
• Maintain customer relationships through effective communication

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SAP and Sales Force is a plus
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM preferred
