Customer Service; answering a high volume of inbound calls to resolve customer questions
Data Entry including order information Special projects as assigned

ground Profile of the Customer Service Representative include:
Associates Degree preferred; required to get hired on
Proven experience working in a call center environment
Typing skills 60+ WPM
Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Sales Force a plus! Excellent customer service and communication skills – Bi-lingual is a plus!
Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
