CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I
– floater position to be based in the southwest portion of Middle Tennessee area. Candidate would ideally reside in or around the Lewisburg, TN area. Candidates must be motivated, safety conscious individuals with good multi-tasking skills to operate our Truck Scale system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks. Performs general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data. Candidate will also be trained to provide accounts payable, accounting, and billing support. Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, including some Saturdays.

Full-time Day Shift- some weekend work required Wages starting at $19.00/hr
Job Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service Take and input customer orders Answer customer phone calls and inquiries Dispatch products and material for delivery Enter requisitions for purchase orders Process incoming invoices from vendors Assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as accounts payable, payroll, etc. Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties
Qualifications:
High school diploma required Prior experience with accounts payable, general accounting, and billing related tasks – preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent customer service skills Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task Ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills both oral and written Rogers Group provides extensive benefits, strong compensation, and a safe, drug-free working environment.
