Front Counter/Customer Service Position Available In Maury, Tennessee

Front Counter/Customer Service Turner and Osborne Tire Columbia, TN 38401 Turner and Osborne, a locally owned business, seeks a front counter person with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in person and on the phone
• Scheduling customer appointments and shop work
• Consulting with the customer to determine the customer tire and/or repair needs
• Determining the appropriate technician to assign to the work order
• Putting together estimates with the technician and explaining the problem and repair work to the customer with the cost
• Ordering Parts/Tires after the job is approved and communicating job status to the technician
• Customer follow up as needed or after the job is complete including collecting payment

Qualifications and Skills:

• Outgoing Personality and ability to provide great customer interactions
• Tire Sales/Auto Repair Experience preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work at a fast pace and multi-task
• Needs to be able to lift 50lbs
