Position Summary In this multifaceted role, you will support the organization by providing administrative assistance, technical troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills and advanced systems management are key to success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Coordination Process incoming orders, ensure timely fulfillment, and communicate delivery dates to customers. Resolve any stock or backorder issues, collaborating with relevant teams as needed. Customer Service & Patient Support Greet visitors and patients with a positive attitude and address their needs. Communicate with patients, referral sources, and internal teams regarding inquiries, product information, and follow-up. Equipment & Inventory Management Receive and tag returned equipment according to accreditation standards, using universal precautions. Maintain accurate records and inventory, ensuring cleanliness and organization of equipment areas. Technical Troubleshooting & System Management Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Diagnose and resolve software and network issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain and improve company communication systems, troubleshooting problems and tracking resolutions. Quality Control & Compliance Assist with implementing quality improvement programs to meet company and accreditation standards. Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and government regulations. Stay updated on new product releases, best practices, and continuing education opportunities. Collaboration & Innovation Work independently while effectively collaborating with peers and management. Recommend enhancements to policies, procedures, or systems to improve overall efficiency and service quality. Take ownership of new and varying tasks to support department and organizational goals. Other Duties Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the team and company.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 10, Mac OS, Linux) and network management (e.g., Cisco). Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) software is a plus.
Communication & Customer Service:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Courteous, customer-focused approach with both internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving & Analysis:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and see them through to completion.

Physical Requirements:
