THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION.
salary: $16 – $16.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Assist agents and their staff with questions regarding life insurance products, policy-servicing systems, and billing information
Provide assistance to our customers through inbound/outbound calls
Keep policies current by collecting and ing premium payments
Keep policy information up to date by processing basic requests such as name, address and beneficiary changes
Learn customer service techniques, phone and email etiquette, life insurance products and more Skills
Customer Service (1 year of experience is required)
Telephone Etiquette (1 year of experience is preferred)
Typing Skills (1 year of experience is preferred)
Basic Software Skills (1 year of experience is required)
Basic Computer Skills (1 year of experience is required)
Active Listening (1 year of experience is preferred)
Customer support (1 year of experience is preferred)
