We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Roger’s in Athens, TN for a full time Customer Service Representative. The regular hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays, and subject to change from time to time. Position:
Answering Customer Inquiries:

Responding to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or other channels.

Resolving Issues and Complaints:

Addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Providing Product Information:

Offering accurate and helpful details about products and services.

Processing Payments:

Maintaining Accurate Records:

Keeping track of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborating with

Physical Requirements:
