Position:
As a Collection Associate you will be responsible for assisting consumers to resolve their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent. To succeed, you should enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic, customer service and deadline-oriented environment. At least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred) Computer and typing skills required Excellent attendance Self-starter with great attention to detail Customer service mindset Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong work ethic A competitive spirit, an unrelenting drive to be the best Ability to learn new information and integrate processes Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company Problem solving skills & ability to recommend solutions

Compensation :
$15.00

00 + per hour plus commissions. This position pays a base wage + commission. Commissions can pay anywhere from $300.00 to $600.00 per month, if you meet your individual and department goals. Background checks and drug testing required. #
