Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly communicative Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage customer orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely shipments of our porcelain tile products. Resolves issues with production, ordering, shipping and storing of porcelain tile by performing the following duties:
Essential Functions:
Communicate with customers via phone and email to process orders, claims, and credits. Coordinate with the warehouse for shipping and resolve any delays or issues. Maintain accurate records in our SAP system and assist with inventory management. Build strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about products, pricing, and availability. Work with the production planning team to ensure customer needs are me t.
What We’re Looking For:
4-5 years of Customer Service experience SAP experience or familiarity with ERP systems (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time well. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Typing speed of 35-40 WPM (required). Experience in client relations or customer success is a plus.
