First Line of Support:

Safeguard Member Information:

Adhere to strict security standards and regulatory requirements to protect our members.

Work hand-in-hand with your team to keep operations smooth, efficient, and always focused on member satisfaction. What You Bring to the

Table:

A background in customer service, especially in finance, is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with members genuinely. Detail-oriented, professional, and tech-savvy – ready to help members with digital services. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Pay and Benefits:

Competitive starting rate of $17.00 per hour!
