Call Center Representative Position Available In Putnam, Tennessee

Call Center Representative Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency 580 South Jefferson Avenue, Cookeville, TN 38501 Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: (1) monitoring computer and phone systems, (2) notifying supervisor of situations requiring attention, (3) performing a wide variety of clerical duties including answering a multi-line phone, data entry and typing, (4) maintaining accurate daily phone log records, (5) providing a variety of public transportation information to passengers, the general public and other public agencies, (6) providing high quality customer service and responding to public inquiries and requests for services in a courteous manner, and (7) multitasking while working in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate will be organized and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service, particularly on the phone Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in written form Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Detail-oriented & motivated Knowledge of streets, landmarks, and geography of the Upper Cumberland.
