CUSTOMER SVCE SPEC.
This position is responsible for answeringand responding to inbound and outbound calls from customer clients,third-parties, and internal departments i.e. – Retail, Business,Commercial, Wealth & Investment Management and other functionalareas. This position also provides effective, accurate and qualityoperational and technical support for various online products andsystems. In addition, this position is responsible for identifyingand referring appropriate financial solution opportunities forother banking products and services that support the client”sneeds. In this role you will receive and/or place phone calls, which arebasic and routine, answer client and non-client questions withinset standards. Perform various administrative and maintenancefunctions and troubleshoots operational and technical problemswithin guidelines and policies that are basic, routine andsometimes complex.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous PC andtyping experience. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated job stability.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in banking and/ortelephone customer service.
