Guest Service Representative:
Our Guest Service Representatives will be the primary point of contact for each guest. It is their responsibility to answer questions, provide a friendly check-out experience, answer phone calls, handle paperwork, and provide information to our guests regarding trip options, etc. We are looking for team members who will follow instructions, who are trustworthy, and who have friendly, outgoing personalities! It will also be the Guest Service Representative’s responsibility to assist with any and all other aspects of the business as necessary. All applicants must be available to work weekends as that is our busiest time. However, we do try to be flexible with weekdays to help our crew enjoy a work / life balance! Our pay structure increases depending on experience, capability, and position.
