Holiday Inn Express & Suites White House, TN Has an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Representative. This individual will be responsible for attending to the needs of hotel guests, especially during check-in and check-out. Must be able to work weekends.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Providing information to guests about hotel policies, services and amenities. Responding to requests from guests for assistance during their stay. Provide information about the local area (e.g. directions, places to eat, etc.) Maintaining daily logs and reports. Candidate must meet the following criteria: Have reliable transportation. Be punctual and possess a good attendance record. Demonstrate strong guest service orientation and skills. Exhibit exceptional communication skills. Capable of quickly evaluating alternatives and decide on a plan of action. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
