As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at Plumbing Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, fostering relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from the first interaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers – Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including online, phone, and in- person Educate prospective customers about our services, mission, and values Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging Track and analyze customer acquisition metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the acquisition process Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements:
