The Sales Associate Role Our Sales Associate team plays a critical role in shaping our studio experience and ensuring smooth studio operations from open to close. They are outgoing and charismatic go-getters who are passionate about fitness and wellness. They are energetic and hard-working, with a positive outlook on life. Most importantly, the Sales Associates are responsible for providing a concierge experience for all clients in the studio. Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage clients with a positive, friendly manner, cultivating a welcoming, inviting atmosphere.
• Work alongside and support trainers to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience.
• Support studio management and ownership in daily tasks and projects.
• Possess basic understanding of retail products; execute retail sales.
• Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• Love of boutique fitness and be passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others.
• Prior customer service, retail, and/or hospitality experience.
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.
• Highly organized.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule, including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be available to work on a consistent basis : ○2-3 shifts per week.
